Week 5

Just a reminder this is the last week we are taking in any new beginners till August, If you have any friends or family who wish to join us please ensure they join us this week. Also for those who were unable to join us at our AGM last week we will be rolling out our new Code Of Conduct this week. Route this week are as follows Monday Beginner Stuart, Fred, Hazel, Stephen B, Marilyn, 5 min brisk walk – 6 mins continuous jogging- 1min walk – 1 min jog rest of the way (3K distance) Balmoor Terrace- Down the brae- Hay Cres- Ugie Road- Blackhouse Terr- Catto Drive - 2 Circuits of track . Intermediate Katrina, Diane, Stewart, Stephen C 5 min brisk walk- Continuous jogging -4.0km Balmoor Terrace- George Garden Avenue- Ugie Road - Ugie Street- St Peter St- York Street Up Past Academy- Cross Station Road- Catto Drive - Jog lap of track to finish Advanced Roselyn, Nicola, Fraser, Stewart Strachan 5 min brisk walk- Continuous jogging-7.0km Balmoor Terrace- Up pat Lidis- Meethill Road- Dales Road- South Road- Kirk Street- King Street- Ugie Street- Ugie Road- Blackhouse Terrace- George Garden Avenue Balmoor Terrace- past Staduim Track Mondays Leigh, Elaine Weir Wednesday Beginner Stephen B, Roselyn, Elaine W ,Nicola 5 min brisk walk – 6 mins continuous jogging- 1min walk – 1 min jog rest of the way (3K distance Catto Drive - Blackhouse Terrace- Ugie Road- Hay Crescent- Up the Brae- Down Past Staduim- 2 Circuits of the Track. Intermediate Stuart, Fred, Hazel, Elaine L, Marilyn 5 min brisk walk- Continuous jogging -4.0km (double check this route for distance !! After last week!!) Catto Drive - York Street - Past Academy- York Street- St Peter St- Ugie Street - Ugie Road- George Garden Avenue- Balmoor Terrace Lap of Track to finish Advanced Leigh, Katrina, Diane, Stewart, Stephen C 5 min brisk walk- Continuous jogging-7.0km Balmoor Terrace- George Garden Avenue- Ugie Road- Ugie Street- King Street- Kirk Street- South Road Dales Road- Meethill Road- Past Lidis- Balmoor Terrace, Down past Stadium.
