We have a brillant night planned for your Health Fair at Living Waters Church on Wednesday 3rd March.
Gait Analysis 6.30pm-9.00pm - 4 members of RUN4IT staff are coming along to make sure the trainers you are wearing are suitable for your feet, and if you need new ones you will get a special 15% discount on the night. They will also have bargains in running gear on the night.
Healthy Eating- 7.30pm Moira Craigen an Health Improvement Officer will be along to give you tips on Healthy Eating, as well as showing you some tastie Healthy Eating snacks.
Reflexology- Moira Nicol from Fraserburgh will also along to carry 15 min Reflexology appointments for only £5 6.30pm -8.45pm. Moira has asked all money raised goes to Make A Wish.
Head and Neck Massage- Jackie Hendry from Fraserburgh will also be along to carry 15min Head and Neck Massage appointments 6.30pm- 8.45pm cost only £5 each. Jackie has asked all money raised goes to our Relay for Life effort.
Marathon Training 7.00pm -7.30pm- every thought about training for a marathon, i will explain how Roselyn and i went about it last year. Are you new to Peterhead Jogscotland then if want to ask a question about it, or jogging in general then here is your chance.
Free Prize Draw-everyone attending on the night, will be entered into a free prize draw, top prize this year is a Garmin Watch!!!!!!
